Gabriel Yeo
General Manager
Gabriel brings over two decades of maritime expertise to Cyclus Marine. His career spans the design, construction, conversion, and project management of marine vessels and offshore assets, including FPSOs and FSRUs. He has held technical and commercial leadership roles with leading classification societies and led Wilhelmsen Ship Management’s Integrated Technical Services division.
In his current role, Gabriel leads Cyclus Marine’s strategic direction and overall business performance, driving growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation for clients and stakeholders.
Kenneth Perkins
Head Of Technical & Operations
Kenneth is a seasoned maritime professional with deep expertise in vessel technical management and project execution. With a foundation as a Chief Engineer, he has led complex docking, newbuilding, and retrofit programmes across container vessels, VLGCs, and FSRUs. His hands-on technical knowledge, combined with a strategic approach to governance, risk control, and asset integrity, underpins his leadership in overseeing Cyclus Marine’s technical and operational functions.
Kenneth drives continuous improvement in reliability, performance, and ESG compliance across the company’s technical and operational portfolio.
